Donation Requests

At Gather-d we love to support our local community and give to causes we care about! Because we receive a large amount of donation requests, we ask you fill out the donation form at the bottom of this page.

We will happily consider your donation request once we receive this form. We will also need a signed W-9 on behalf of your organization before we can process your donation. You can email your W-9 to info@gatherd.com or attach it at the end of the donation request form. (You can find a blank W-9 here)

Once we receive your completed application we will thoughtfully consider your donation request and get in touch if we decide to honor your request.
