Gather-d Return Policy 

At Gather-d, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Whether you shop with us online or in person, we want you to love your purchase. Below is everything you need to know about returning eligible items for store credit or exchange. 

 

Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return: 
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date (for online) or purchase date (for in-store) 

  • Items must be: 

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition 

  • With tags attached and in original packaging 

  • A valid proof of purchase is required: 

  • Original receipt or 

  • Order confirmation email 

 

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Sale or clearance items 

  • Furniture 

  • Lamps 

  • Artwork 

  • Personal care or beauty items (if applicable) 

  • Food/Beverages 

  • Plants 

 

In-Store Returns (for Online or In-Person Purchases) 
You may return eligible items to our boutique location: 

157 Marcell Drive, Rockford, MI 49341 

During regular business hours 

What to bring: 
  • The item(s) you wish to return 

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) 

Our team will inspect the items. If approved, you’ll receive: 
  • Store credit (issued as a gift card for future purchases) 
    OR 

  • An exchange for an item of equal value 

Note: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. 

 

Online Returns — Shipping Items Back 

We’ve partnered with Redo to make returning online purchases easier. 

How Redo Works: 
  • When you opt in for Redo at checkout, you’ll receive a return shipping label included with your order. 

  • This allows you to return eligible items for: 

  • Store credit, or 

  • An exchange 

  • Return shipping is free when Redo is used. 

If You Don’t Use Redo: 
  • You can still return your order, but: 

  • You must provide your own return shipping label 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

 

Processing Time 

  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing. 

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed, including: 

  • Your store credit details 

  • Or confirmation of your exchange 

Please Note: We do not notify customers when return packages are received. We recommend holding on to your return tracking number for your records.
